Annual Fire Inspection – November 1, 2021 – 08:00 am to 5:30 pm
The Annual Fire Inspection will be on November 1, 2021, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Please ensure that your animals are safely secured or removed from property as the alarms will be going off and on all day.

Office Winter Hours – Effective Immediately
The Mountain Ranch leasing office will be switching to winter hours effective immediately. The office will no longer be open on Saturdays. Summer hours will begin at the end of March. Please note that rent will still be due on the 1st via the resident portal or rent drop box.
Submitting Work Orders
This is a friendly reminder that all non-emergency work orders must be submitted via your RESIDENT PORTAL. We do not have the ability to check Zego messages for work orders after hours. Again, all non-emergency work orders must be submitted via the resident portal. All emergency work orders must be submitted via the office phone. Please reach out to the office if you need assistance in setting up your Resident Portal.
Please ensure that we have your renter’s insurance policy on file. The previous policy that BSR provided residents is no longer valid. We recommend you utilize www.erenterplan.com for a quick and easy solution. If you opt to bundle your insurance policy with your car package, please ensure that you have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage, the correct apartment address and Mountain Ranch 549 N Coral Canyon Loop, Fayetteville, AR 72704 must be listed as an additional interested party.
ANYONE THAT HAS NOT SENT THEIR INSURANCE POLICY TO US BY DECEMBER 1st will be issued a fine and/or lease violation every month that we do not have a policy on file.
Pest Control – 10/25/2021
Pest Control Services will be completed on 10/25/2021, starting at 10:00 am. Please ensure that all pets are in a secured location within the home and all items are out of the HVAC closets and moved from in front of them. We will be servicing the 1st floor of Building 2, and floors 1-4 in Building 1.
Patio Contest Reminder/Social Media
The Mountain Ranch Staff will be walking the property all next week looking for fun, spooky, and awesome patio décor for the fall holiday season. The winner will be selected on Friday, October 29th and will be announced via email and on our (new) Mountain Ranch Facebook page. Be sure to follow our FB to keep up on happenings in the community and other resident events.
